From a former factory to a FAIRHOTEL & FAIRCAFE Restaurant. The leadership is since day one in the daughter of the owners hands. With qualities of a former rugby player and leader on the pitch she is managing the team now at the hotel and fighting against the myths about hotel restaurants.
