From a former factory to a FAIRHOTEL & FAIRCAFE Restaurant. The leadership is since day one in the daughter of the owners hands. With qualities of a former rugby player and leader on the pitch she is managing the team now at the hotel and fighting against the myths about hotel restaurants. From the beginning she is co-working with an experienced hotel manager Iva, who is wisely and calmly killing some of Kamila's crazy ideas. Jin to her Jang at the Rybarska street.
From the beginning there is also our receptionist Eva, so called Mrs. Colombo. You can see her at Fairko all the time, but never on pictures or Instagram. Then there is Katka, the boss at the bar, and our new black horse in the kitchen, Simona. Girl power!
